De eerste twee dagen in Naples - Florida had ik prachtig weer. Dat kan je verwachten in een staat die zich de Sunshine State noemt. Naples ligt heel dicht tegen dat beroemde moerasgebied "Everglades"aan en dat betekent ook dat je hier weleens een alligatortje of wat in een kanaal tegenkomt. Ook ander wild, dat je in Nederland alleen in de dierentuin ziet, is hier helemaal niet ondenkbaar. Een beer die even over een manshoog hekwerk flitst alsof het niks is. Jahoor, hier wel.

The first two days in Naples - Florida I had beautiful weather. That is to be expected in what they call here proudly: "The Sunshine State". Naples is located very near the famous Everglades, which means you might well encounter a bunch of alligators in a canal. Other wild animals usually only to be found in a zoo in Holland, is not out of the ordinary here at all either. A bear climbing over a high barbed fence as if it was not there? Oh yes, that happens here.
